Recent Milestones
One of our largest classes ever, 100 people strong in a single session. As we work
with our partners we find the need to help present the "Change is coming..." message.
Our Cisco partner asked that we help explain to thier customer in sessions of around
100 at a time that a new phone system was coming and what it would look like. During
the session their was much laughter and no tears and it all wrapped up in applause.
We are now happy to present to groups of any size and are actively seeking speaking
engagements to continue our success.
Health Care and Legal Verticals seem to be our focus, with Federal / Governement
following a very close runner up. It seems that we spend a lot of time working on
advanced applications like Contact Center in the Health care, vertical, and colloboration
applications like Presence and MeetingPlace in the legal and governement sectors.
We love this work.
Our latest venture has us working more in the Managment office, we are working with
several customers to take a proactive look at their process management and team
building efforts to begin to develop a holistic approach for development and growth, this is really the exciting area for us.
